That's TJ

But I get what you are saying. Burns is a bit of an anomaly. Given his age you have to imagine him dropping off too at some point. He is a smaller Chara. It might even appear to happen over night.

I just try to imagine what he can actually do on two healthy legs...that’s when I get all fuzzy inside.

Will he ever have two healthy legs again? Offensively, been solid with 12 assists this postseason, defensively, yucch. Plus, Burns handles the brunt of the heavy lifting from the blue line.

Looks like Acesulfame potassium which isn't one of the worse offenders. It's in some of the stuff I am drinking daily. No issues there.

I gave up caffeine nearly 10 years ago. I only drink it occasionally, maybe a few times a month.

- JRR1285

Yeah, I couldn't do that. I like coffee way too much (pretty much Saturday and Sunday I just start the day off relaxing to a cup). I realize I could get decaf, but eh. Guess that explains why I like my coffee stouts and porters too. Not sure I've said it on here, but the Dunkin beer is pure garbage.

I consider myself something of a caffeine junkie. Even in my worst binges, I think I was 1 a day during the work week. What it does aside, that's alot of just liquid to drink during the day.

I'm waiting for my bubble to burst on Mio Energy. The fact I can just add some caffeine to water seems like it's a godsend. Just waiting for that study to suggest I've been killing my body worse than just having the Monster.

I enjoy coffee as much as the next guy, but I've cut back to one or two a day. Expected to work late last night, but fell through. Not before I had a cup at noon. When I got home my wife commented on how amped up I was.
I drank tons of Jolt when I was a kid, so I sure wasn't doing my body any favors. I think those modern energy drinks have way too much crap in them. I worry more about that than the caffeine.

The only way I see Erik becoming a permanent part of this team is a bit of a contradiction. You'd have to hope our d develops faster so basically, you could just play Erik 10-12 minutes a night on a power play and very limited at even strength as years went by. At that point though, wouldn't you rather just have your young guys out there making less?

Valid points but I think Karlsson did OK when he was THE guy in Ottawa.

I haven't watched a ton of Karlsson this year due to the game times.

Great point Jan. We have no one right now that even compares. Karlsson could carry Ottawa on his back a few years ago, now with the age and injuries, you put him on the Rangers I think it will be a tire fire.

Harpoon brewery makes it. It's a shame, because I love dunkin coffee. However, I think dunkin's cream and sugar combo is sort of like Slurm (bonus points to those who get the reference) to anyone who drinks it, and of course the beer doesn't have it.

I gave it up for a year or so. One day I felt like a cup and enjoyed it. Moderation.
Gave up soda probably 15 years ago and haven't missed it. Had a sip of ginger ale last week and almost gagged.

Now soda I absolutely love. I never keep it in the house though. I keep seltzer which has only natural flavors in it. I love carbonation.

Yeah, i only on the weekend drink 1 cup or like a large when i pick coffee up in the morning. The odd thing is, sometimes I can just fall asleep after drinking coffee. I've been like that since I was a teenager.

You might want to try Stok cold brew. In stores it's about 4 bucks for a quart and I usually get 3-4 cups out of that. It's really smooth too so I don't have to put anything in it. Even the sweetened ones (I really like the chocolate flavor) only has about 40 calories a serving.

No aspertame. RIght now the stuff seems to be basically like kool-aid. I do think the ones claiming to have all these vitamins and stuff is probably pure snake oil. I will say that the stuff I use does a good job at waking me up.

No natural or artificial colors or flavors allowed. If something has berry in it's name it should actually contain that ingredient.

Have I mentioned I have Orthorexia?

Do you like Ginger beer? I don't drink ginger ale on the reg, but I love the flavor. A good moscow mule is great on a summer evening.

Couldn't bring myself to try it, same with the smores beers. Chemical poopstorm. Gimme a Breakfast Stout anytime.
