Huh? Brendan Dillon is his current partner, I don’t think that’s helps him defensively
Karlsson could run a PP at least give him that - Slimtj100
Last time I watched he was with Burns. Maybe that was just the PP but I thought they paired up
I just think the Karlsson we would be getting wouldn't be the Karlsson that carried Ottawa and everyone is still beating the hog to. The end of that contract would be horrendous, plus we don't have anyone on that side right now to pair him with that wouldn't be considered an anchor to him. |

100%. Defense can only take you so far. I just imagine EK feeding the likes of Chytil, Kakko and Kravtsov and I get all sorts of tingly in certain areas. Busts not being in the equation however - Slimtj100
It's really, honestly, more the ability to get the puck out of the defensive zone with control. Karlsson has the skills to either make a tape-to-tape breakout pass or wheel it out himself. The offensive production is a mega-bonus on top of all of that.
Possession is the name of the game these days and, whether anyone wants to agree with them or not, that's what drives analytics and that's what teams are utilizing now. |

Maybe go with a double right handed top pair. Fox and Karlsson. |

Except in that equation one might have some extra speed bumps, but I do like MDW putting it in terms easy for TJ to understand. |

What a bunch of idiots those pirates were. They got the leader to get out of the lifeboat and go aboard the carrier by telling him that they were flying in his tribe's elders on a helicopter I'm sure they sold him a bridge right after that as well. |

The Isles beat writer once used that phrase when talking about guys playing their offhand side. He said that while it didn't seem that different it was a really big deal (it's not) and used 'violins and cellos' as an example |

Here is my opinion about Karlsson. Probably changed the position more than any player in the last 20 years. Incredible athlete who 2-3 years ago I would have sold my family into slavery to get him here. With the make up of the team and the direction they are going, I think he would be good for a couple years then become a major hindrance. |

I just think its funny these dumb ass shipping companies didn't have any armed security. I mean its not like this whole pirate thing was a surprise. |
