My response had to do with the term waitress being defined as sexist. She was a waitress and you were a truck driver and I used to shovel horse sh!t and bale hay. None of which you, KP or I do, now. But we did do all those things.

What I do know is, the Pegulas had no experience with sports teams and their organizations, as an extension of the HEAD, do not resemble sport's teams. There, I believe, is the problem.

If it were my business (I own my business), I would hire the correct people to drive the bus and let them do their job. I do not know who that is but I do know I am tired of spending money on failure. I continue buying season tickets so, yes, I am the definition of insanity.

That was a good trade - assuming he signs, it will be a GREAT trade. Even if he doesn't, it was a fun year with Skinner, so that was worth it in my book.

The Sheary deal was pretty decent, and Montour seems like he'll be pretty good. Not qualifying Lehner isn't good, and the ROR trade is bad. Considering the return for Lehner, ROR and Kane is Sobotka, Thompson, Montour, pick 28 and a 2021 2nd, I think there's a lot to be desired there. If Skinner signs, then I will understand the cap space argument more. We'll see what happens. Botterill's track record has been mixed at best to this point, Imho. And no, I'm not a Murray fanboy or a Murray apologist. He wasn't good

Lehner signed a 1 year 1.5m deal. A QO would have been 4m, and he had the option to file for arbitration. Not much of a leap to think there wasn't a team in the NHL who would have qualified him.
