He loves golf so it makes sense. I never got into it, I've tried. I have more fun at the driving range trying to hit the guy in the cart. Plus I'm not allowed on any miniature golf courses by me.

Just a tip. Take advil before you go. 1st time I ever drove golf balls I was probably late teens and in really good shape(or thought I was). I drove 2 buckets of balls and thought someone beat the poop out of me the next day.

That is good advice. I am afraid now since even on some normal days I wake up feeling like I am gonna break.

I've been to 5 or 6 majors and marshalled a couple. It's lead me to believe the best spot to watch is on my couch! If I go to a tournament now, i go for the practice rounds and see how many cups we can stack in one hand!

To me, it's going to be a shame to see Bethpage set up to PGA champ standards and not USGA standards. I don't want to see that course get torched. It's been wet all week, we could see some video game scores.

Whoever thinks going to the horse track is boring are not cool people. Where else can you enjoy a nice day outside, and simply bet 2 bucks every other race to give yourself a cheap rooting interest?

Primary rough is nothing like the US open conditions. It's about 1.5 inches high, but if drives go more than a few feet off fairway, it is really deep!
