Yes, because the Leafs didn’t win in Dubas’ first year, he’s obviously not the right guy.

For the perceived cap problems, the two contracts that are the issue were ones he inherited - Marleau and Zaitsev. The reason why I say “perceived” is because after this season Marleau and Horton’s contracts are finished. That’s 11.55 off the cap.
