They're just going to ride out their junior/college/European careers until they're ready to be redrafted/UFA, then tell Buffalo they'd rather eat olives and jam ice picks in their eye sockets than sign with the Sabres. Trade all your picks for Lucic, Zetterberg, Hossa and Stepan.

He's the owner, she runs the place, they're liable. Now whether they should've known this guy had a problem(like is being proposed in the suit) is another story, but owners and even individual bartenders are liable for over-serving.

It was 6pm when he crashed how long could he possibly have been sitting there? 1 "drink" is .02, and it takes about an hour to clear your system. .256 is basically 13 "drinks", plus 5 if we're saying he sat there since noon. 18 "drinks" in a little over 5 hours is way, way over-served. Even for Florida.
