Olofsson is older than Eichel and scored 30 in the AHL this year. I would hope they'd give him an actual shot on a scoring line this year

I'm not disagreeing with you that he looked better and more ready than them two...

I meant the folks who just pencil him in there and are probably expecting 25 goals in year 1 in the NHL. Or that he makes Sheary expendable or something.

Asplund said on Amerks clear-out day he feels he’s ready for the NHL and a spot in a third or fourth line role would be the best fit for his game.
