Nico is basically the perfect player, but lacks the cut-throat assertiveness to be an elite point producer. I think the kid is a stud who will have a great career that goes slightly underappreciated. He is a Bergeron 2.0 and I am thrilled about it. Plus, guys like that rarely get overpaid!!!!
