Yeah, I've said that he's bad. But you're the one saying Hughes is undersized when you root for a team with Kane and Debrincat on it. maybe you have a mental disability, I don't really know.

Not saying he’s undersized, just that Kakko is the more developed player at this point in time.

Matthews vs Laine
Hughes vs Kakko

I think Kakko much more likely to be Laine than Hughes to be Matthews. My opinion is Kakko would be the better pick.

But...NJ made right call in Nolan vs Nico.
I think they will here, too. My opinion aside.
If they do take Hughes i believe it will be the right pick. They get paid to make these picks, i dont.

I seem to remember a lot of people thought Nico was a recency bias pick as well. I remember people feeling his performance was flash in the pan. I believe Todd did a good job of defending why he projected to keep that level of play.
That worked out OK.

Interesting that this year everything seems reversed and people prefer the “safer” pick.

Just an observation.
