My grandma is gone. That's how bad her Alzheimer's is. She remembers nothing about her family and most of the time has to be told to eat.

That's not gonna stop me from laughing every single time I hear the Alzheimer's joke at the beginning of the movie The Internship. Because I know it's a joke. Jokes are, for the most part, funny.

Both my grandparents on my moms side have dealt with cancer multiple times. I know exactly how bad it is. Again, not gonna stop me from laughing at this-
