I was in NS last month and wanted to go look at an awesome ocean front property just outside of Port Joli. Best part of NS. Warm water, white sand beaches. Hidden secret.



Anyway, the property sold for $1.4m. Unheard price for that area. I asked the agent wtf is going on. She said it’s all Europeans and Russians getting the (frank) out and hiding until the heat dies down.

I’m so pissed off.
