Embarrassing for anyone that calls themselves a Flyers fan rooting for a Boston team, especially the Bruins.
A team that has Brad Marchand? Really? I could go on. - StepfordSam

Agreed. At least Carrillo and Downie never ran away. I don’t think Sean Avery ran away. - SuperSchennBros
I guess it's not considered running away, but I'm almost positive I've seen Carcillo act like he wanted to go, then act like he was going to drop his gloves and not.
I thought it was kind of funny at the time because he was a Flyer, but I'm sure I would have been furious if I was a fan of the other team. |

I would love to have a Rat on the Flyers squad- hardnosed, skilled pest that is very difficult to play against. |

I think that Konecny is that player, or at least is becoming one. Even has the little poop-eating grin. |

Yep, he is forming into it. Hopefully, without Marchand's douchbaggery. |

Konecny seems more than willing to stand his ground and hasn't thrown any "accidental" flying elbows yet. But he's definitely a skilled player than can get under your skin. |

I hate all things Boston (with the exception being Sam Adams). Bunch of pieces of poop. My tune changes whenever someone dons the Orange and Black. Talbot was the prime example.
Rask is playing really well and he will be tough to beat. Hate to see any Boston team win again but it might be no contest. Would love to see Thornton go against them. Would have a tough time seeing Blues with Schenn get a Cup before us. |

My only issue with Schenn was that we traded him for Lehtera straight up. |

In case it’s hard for the low IQ crowd to follow. In this reality Brad Marchand plays for the Bruins. Therefore, I do not like him as a player.

If TK produces at 60% of what Marchand does then we are in great shape. |

Probably. You rarely see players who aren't under contract for the upcoming season willing to play in these type of tournaments. - BiggE
Does it worry you that Provy's extension hasn't gotten done yet? He did say he imagined it would be easy to get through (although I know no negotiations are "easy") yet here we are a week into the tourney and still no contract. What could be the hold up you think, term or dollars? |

It's May. Nobody should be worried.
For Prov, it's the IIHF WC. Not the Olympics or something. If he misses out, he'll live. |

Yeah thats def true, but i got the feeling he wanted to play in them, he made it a point to mention it an article a few weeks back. just the paranoia of being a philly fan in me i guess. |

Chuck is probably busy getting on the same page w/ AV, doing draft prep, and game-planning for July 1.
RFA's probably on the back-burner. |

Would someone offersheet Provy? Maybe 5x8? What would that cost you, a first and a couple seconds, if we didn't match? |

I don't think you'd find a single GM in the league who thinks Provy is worth that contract, including Chuck. |

also the amount of people who want to trade him, strip his captaincy, etc etc. As well as all the people who are already chalking up AV as a bust, and there was one that said trade Hart for Price I believe |

i'll never get the take that trading your best offensive player is going to help the team. i could maybe see them doing a san jose situation on the captaincy in like 3-4 years, and him handing the torch to coots, like thornton to pavelski, but that is a long way in the future for me to even be thinking about.
the rest is scary to even read lol, can't believe those people call themselves fans
