This is like us blaming you (a ref) for the goal coming off it's post on accident.

Like.. you are in the area... and you have authority in the area... but you really don't do that lower level of stuff such as the goal post coming off and how to fix it from doing it so frequently.

Just take a deep breath and look at it from an open perspective. It even says that she took the job to not bring another presence and not another direction. Did it to empower the people below because of their trust in them. It's not that she wanted to "run" the organization or be in the spotlight.

Just... calm... down... man.

I think the rumors have solidified as facts in your mind and you needed a target to funnel that frustration of losing.

I wonder what Anders Lee will get on the open market. We won’t need 80 more goals if we play better defensively. As well I’d rather try to run 4 effective lines then be forced to drop big money on a winger. We can sign 2-3 depth guys with $9M of cap space.

Well, actually they need both.
From the average of the 6th, 7th and 8 seeds in the East, they were
A) outscored by nearly 50 goals
B) let in nearly 50 goals more.

Therefore, if they lose out on Skinner, they need to
1) replace e the 40 goals
2) add about 50 more
3) cut their GA by about 50.
Period.
