That's why the Leafs didn't go all in (despite what one guy said in here earlier). They had to leave a bunch of CAP room and also not put Horton on the LTIR.

Sandin is about it with another D like Rosen. Liljigren isn’t progressing as well as they like. Bracco is small. No 1st this year.

He absolutely is. Only reason he wasn't called up this past season was because he had multiple high ankle sprains.

Only concern the Leafs have with him is his health. Two years in a row he got hurt.
