You are right - he is NOT the #1 center on the Blues. He is what he is, a secondary scoring option that does not have the ability to put a team on his back and carry them. He does have a complete team around him and he fits well. BUT, if he was the only piece, then the Blues would still be in last place.

Amazing what a dependable and sometimes spectacular goaltender will do for the organization.
