I saw the interview. He really said he lost his love for the game, got traded and magically got all that love back.
He got out of there the same way as he got his way out of COL. I think he's a good player that thinks he's a HOFer. I truly hope the Blues miss the playoffs next year and go into a rebuild. When he starts saying the same things about STL, some will start to understand the type of person he is.
It's takes like this that make me feel a lot better about the hire. Honestly, didn't know anything about him other than he was a manager for a soccer club and coached the Oil Slicks for a season.
Honestly, and correct me if I'm wrong, I don't remember Housley being talked about as highly by people around the league. Kind of seems like folks came out of the woodwork to support Ralph. Not that Housley was being dogged, but just not as positive.

Sure a few people said Phil is a good coach ect, but those of us who watched him play, didnt want him. Myself anways. Nashville players wished him well.
I can't remember players, coaches. media , Canadian media and even fans giving such positive reviews as Krueger is receiving.

Right from the get-go the trade favored St L. Not according to a writer on this site. Everyone remember that high praise Bott's got on here and how he got 5 premium pieces in exchange for ROR. The sad thing is now many of the talking heads on local sports shows here now forget that they helped run him out of town turning fans on him because he is too slow for the game spreading rumors that him and Jack don't get along. Now most of the talking heads act like good teams don't trade players like him. Anyway here we are still on the brink of the abyss while ROR has regained his love of the game. How did he do this? Getting out of Buffalo that's how.

To be honest Marchand was never my most hated. Lucic was. I hated the Bruins fans for a while, but that's kind of died to be honest.
I rooted for the Bruins over the Leafs as an example.
It's more about the fact that I feel RoR wronged the organization by forcing his way out and lessening our return. Marchand is a weasel, but he's one guy. Without being insulting, you're kind of saying, "why would you hate one guy on STL when you should hate this other one guy way more."
I can see adding Carolina to that list bc of the ‘06 playoffs...

It's out of the box and forward thinking by the pegulas and jbotts.

Agreed, Jumbo deserves one if anyone ever does. Wanted SJ to win. If not them, Columbus or Nashville.
I'm absolutely fine watching RoR lose to the Bruins in 5 games. The Bruins WILL win this series.
