that does NOT explain how it’s Sobatka’s fault that Tage couldn’t cash in on all the chances he did have
Tage had plenty of opportunities where he just flat out missed- and missed badly

However Tage and Erod had over 50% shot differential.

Yet Erod himself is just a very good 4th liner. I don't see where he would fit in on the bottom 6 of Boston or St. Louis. The Sabres bottom 6 is such a mess even a guy likw Erod is now a relevation. We can always blame Eichel though I guess, even though Skinner is probably wiping his mouth after he made him an extra $12M on his next deal because him.
