7th - Turcotte, Caufield, Boldy, seem to be the consensus picks here. I do not know much about them, so I am deferring to the knowledge of others.
30/31st - trade it.
FA - depends on what the return is for the trade to focus on need. I'd say right now it's a 2C so Hayes is my choice right now.
Surprise - whatever the return is for Risto. Hopefully it's a decent piece from Tampa.

I'd trade that other 1st we have just to dump Okposo, a lot to give up but get him and his contract off this team.

McKenzie said between $8.5m and $9.5m, and it was his feeling on it...not a quote from those sources.

It may be splitting hairs, but if he came in at $8.75m x 8 you get $70m. That $8.75 is right in line with McKenzie's thoughts...so why do you say he us ignoring what has been reported, by 1 man? The others are leeching onto him.

Saw this trade proposed on cap friendly seems interesting at least.

CGY gets: Rasmus Ristolainen, Artturi Lehkonen, 2019 6th round pick (MTL)

BUF gets: Jonathan Drouin, Oliver Kylington, 2019 4th round pick (NYI)

MTL gets: T.J. Brodie, Conor Sheary, Spencer Foo, 2020 2nd round pick (CGY), 2019 4th round pick (SJ)

Not sure mtl would move drouin and I don’t know a ton about kylington, seems like solid value.
