$2.25 per x 4 years.
Sabres have 0 value contracts other than Dahlin and Reinhart. That deal will be a steal in years 3 and 4 - jcragcrumple
Something like that. Should be a very modest signing.

Skinner is undoubtedly better than JVR, Kane and Pacioretty though.
He realistically should be between 7.5 and 8.5
Nine isn’t a huge deal - sbroads24
Pay him so we can move on |

Thanks for all your work Pach. I’m a long time lurker. Always love your takes. And with the added bonus of Hommie and 89 I just keep coming back for more.... |

7 or 7.5 is perfect for Skinner, to bad the market doesn't agree with me. He will get paid. - SABRES 89
I completely agree.
We cant let him go, he knows, his agent knows.

You're not accounting for inflation - jcragcrumple
Good point
2 years inflation maybe 5% per x 2 years.
Say 10%
8.25 million ? |

Odd because they had a guy pass away in Deadwood in 1889 who actually died in Denver in 1904......... - dadeadhead
Sure, but Al was no senator. Plus Charlie, no one really knows when the hell he died. He supposedly went to Panama and opened a few stores, and was last reported in 1913, but there is no record of his death. He apparently had 3 different birth years too, and not just a few years apart either, 1831, 1838, and 1843. He was one curious character.
Edit: Though that would be a badass ending for Al, mid-credits scene of him walking down a street at night and then gets bashed over the head and then a few guys go to work on him and fade to black. |

Mr. Pachla,
You've done a great job being a voice of reason. You never get too high or too low. You tell it as you see it. Keep up the great work. I've been a poster for 3 years, and a lurker for a year before that, and I can honestly say you have some of the best best analysis in the Sabres business
I don't always agree with you, but I respect your point of view. It's never reactionary, always authentic - jcragcrumple

And before we say, well the Sabres suck, they were 17-9-4 on Berglund's last game. He didn't want to be traded, he blames his agent for (frank)ing up the deadline, came here, was buried, hated it, and walked away. |

I've been told by a wise poster that , if only the Sabres Organization would have properly cared for Burgland we would be respected and have his Cap Hit for the next 4yrs.
Skinner brings a Sniper Shot, Amazing on his Skates, Gets Salty, Vet presence, Eichel Fans Like him and he likes being here.

Blues allowed 3 straight PP goals.
They could use a Selke caliber player on the PK |
