I forgot how amazing our defensive prospects are.

I'd rather have the potential of Caufield.

I'll be the first to admit I don't know much about the draft. But I want a fast forward

No to the D man and no to Dach and Boldy because of their skating. We need elite forward speed

Why give up Risto plus, you don't give him away and that's what you're doing.

Add in the fact we would of had Matthews or Laine instead of Nylander also. And Compher as a bottom 6 forward. Raw deal
- Pegullaville

And no Dahlin. So....

Allegedly per Friedman Sabres have offer on table it is in Skinners court.

Say Sabres offer is 8x8.25

Any other team would have to offer 9.5 over 7 to match/ beat the money.

[quote=Der Kaiser]No you said we should listen to offers if we can’t compete in the next 3 years.
any GM should in case a team is desperate enough

the greatest player in the nhl was traded twice

god damn

- homiedclown

Maybe you don't recognize what you're doing here.

"We should trade him if we aren't going to compete in the next three years."

Jack is an essential component of our ability to compete in the next three years.

If we trade him, that automatically produces the non-competitive result.

God Damn is right.

For a 26 year old that has 33 and 31 goals in his last two seasons and 76 points in each of his last two seasons, we're GIVING away Risto?

I think not.

We want Kyle Turris and Cody Eakin, though, right? 😉 😂

Fake news. I was told “over 9” over and over by our “insiders”. They haven’t called anything yet, but I’m sure their inside knowledge is nailing this one.

Did anyone just hear on GR that the offer is indeed 8 @ 9 mil/per?

Couturier is quite good. I'd personally drive Risto to Philly myself on my Huffy.

I thought I heard "between 8 and 9 million" but that was right before I got out of my car to go into work so I could have heard it wrong.
