Judging off prior stuff of his I read, he's pretty "meh" on Lundqvist and he likes Miller's skill set a lot but thinks he's very raw and is going to need some time to see how things pan out.

So he'll be our new Stralman?

Seider. He seems like someone the Rangers would trade up for
- Slimtj100

I think if they trade up, it's for a center. This draft is gonna be ALL forward.

I can't believe you're not screaming from the rooftops to draft Albin Grewe. I really want him in the second round.

As the temporary GM of Minnesota Hypothetical-Wild, I'd like to announce that I'm open for business. Everyone on the roster can be had if it brings back the right piece. Looking to add a dynamic skilled forward. Wouldn't be opposed to trading up, either. PM me if you have any offers
- MaximumBone

Are you trading Zucker to the Oilers for the 8th OA pick

I think Albin is going to be one of those Marchand, Wilson type of players that everyone hates, but everyone wants. I like him so much, I'd trade as far up in the second round as possible to get him. I want a Swedish banging line with skill of Andersson, Grewe and Fast

I feel like everyone and their mother played for Shattuck St. Mary's at one point or another.

We have Lemiuex, like Marchand without the licking.
Sounds like a good hard hitting line.

Ooooo I forgot about Lemiuex. Yeah, give me a line with him, Grewe, and Andersson. That's a really really good third line.

How much stock would you put in Pronman's mock? He's one of the better draft analysts around, right?

Not sure. Canes pick at 28, 36 and 37. He's currently expected to go around 40, so I'd think I'd hold off and try to grab a more skilled guy at 28, hoping Grewe is still there at 36 or 37.

Yes, he is, but as we know, once the draft starts, funky things happen, so who knows who will slide or move up.

I personally just happen to agree with a lot of his methods of evaluation and his general philosophy regarding the process, but calling him "one of the better draft analysts around" is kind of a subjective thing.

What he definitely is, is one of the most transparent guys out there and he pumps out a ton of content. Like anything, one guy's word isn't the end-all, be-all of evaluation...just a piece of the puzzle.
