It depends on whether or not it gives us any kind of discount. If it gets us like 500k or so in cap savings, it probably is worth every penny. There is a value to be able to exclusively talk to someone. However, if you think he's going to be like "I'm going to test the market anyway", then I don't know if I'd go that high. Maybe a 5th like Hayes.
