I think there's something there, there's a reason everyone else got deals relatively close to each other time wise and those 3 + Reilly didn't.... it's not like they're negotiating multi year deals at big dollars

Those signings are probably pending the Duchene and Karlsson contracts

we all need friends who bubble over with positivity to cancel out the doom and gloom we feel inside.

I really believe in him.

He works hard, has a decent shot and creates opportunities on the ice while being responsible defensively.

Duchene would be a huge mistake, I just hope MB sees it that way

While I wouldn't bet anything on it, I really hope it does happen for him. Between 15-20 goals would be the sweet spot.

He's gonna do it.

I could bet a wilfrid-Laurier on it.

Some say he's a good teammate, others say he's a douche. Hard to say, but I think as you pointed out yesterday, there are other concerns to be addressed than the center position

A center could play on the wing or they could trade one of them (Danault, most likely).

someone didn't do the job i was paying them to do yesterday and just told me about it this morning. i thoroughly eviscerated them and took $200 off what i was paying them.

One year ago, we had the centre depth of a pee-wee C team.

Now we don't need a star centre?

I'm not buying this.

Sure there are more glaring needs but adding a player of that caliber will always help.
