Kadri as a #3 centre for the Isles would work. I would do a deal that would see Hickey and maybe a 4th or 5th rd pick going the other way.

Kadri to the Isles would give them solid Center depth with Barzal and Nelson and is only 4.5M a year. I still believe though the Isles need more scoring up front and if they can't convince Duchene or Panarin to come need to do better than Kadri either in trade market or UFA.

Marleau has a NMC and the leafs need to find a team with space to move him to LAK, VGK, and SJS dont have the space to take him without returning a hit. Nor does ARZ. TML cant just clear 9 million mysteriously. Remember they do have to be below the cap before season opens regardless of guys visiting Robidas island. They count on day 1.
