You always hear this team is not ready to do this or that . It could have been the same with coaching . When they hired Green he had been with the organization for a number of years and knew the franchise and the system.

I get where you guys are coming from but if you train your replacement for years and you have a very young team , then why not promote?

Green is adapting and learning like any new coach in the league. He is coming up in the system along with our young kids and it appears to be working a bit.

But really WD got this club in the PO's and a 103 pt season with a non-playoff roster.

In two years Green will have a PO roster to work with so it will be crunch time.

It’s where i would slot in Z looking ahead. Our D is better than the Leafs by a little bit at least. That’s not saying much when both teams D are not impressive lol. Give our D the Leafs F’s & they would be better easily.

I honestly don't have a clue how Canucks D will look? I don't think anyone has. We tried to trade Tanev yesterday . Edler is not signed nor Hutton .

All we know is Hughes and Stecher should be here for 2019 , and I am not sure Stecher goes beyond this year he could be traded.
