Cassidy post game saying they were screwed by the non call and that the Blues had complained about them getting so many calls early in the series. What he doesn't mention is that the Bruins had all the power plays in this game and did not score. He might have a point if the Blues had 5-6 power plays tonight to the Bruins 3. Bruins had every advantage in this and failed. - Wingsfan61
Just poop talk for the next game.
Just like Chief did.
No issue here. |

Exactly. If you are looking for everyone to get along and dance around a tree sing kumbaya you following the wrong sport. This is the toughest trophy to win in all of sports.
Every little advantage helps.
Refs have been terrible all playoff long. Amazing these are the best of the best ha ha |

I'll never blame the officials, right wrong or indifferent, but it looked to me like they were making decisions, not calls.
Should have put up 5, but sometimes the bounces don't work in your favor.

Totally, well deserved win for the Blues, the refs didn't determine the outcome of this game. |

I more meant risking getting thrown out of your home game SCF game by fighting with another fan of your own team. |

There will be differing opinions on this...take the road Berube took after hand-pass to keep his team focused and not worry about trying to talk to get more calls going forward or cassidy who may be trying to sell to get more calls going forward but may make it more of a distraction.
I know which I prefer but i have no idea which is better. |

That second STL goal was absolutely (frank)ing atrocious.
How that penalty isn't called is disgraceful. - As_I_See_It
I stick by my comment from weeks ago...they need to rethink the entire system. Officiating is poor across the board, worse than i can ever remember. |

There's no accounting for stupid people.
High school was probably the highlight of their lives.
And now this.
People paid big bucks to get beer thrown on them and to have fat drunkards roll around getting their juices all over the place.
There may be several jokes in there, but I'm too sad to play. |

What about the Road where Chief tried and Obviously succeeded selling his version of the way the games should be called?
No distractions there, only success.
The stakes are higher now than in game whatever vs the Sharts.
Both clubs have to empty the chambers for the rest of the series.
Whatever it takes, should be done. |

If the infractions are that blatant they should be called. Doesn't matter who has had how many powerplays. The obvious hold by Sundqvist, the headshot by Barbashev and of course slewfoot by Bozak. |

Last time we played in the finals, Bruins fans were building statues to commemorate getting tripped by the Blues. Now they are all upset about it. You just can't win with some people. |

Yep. Though Marchand's deliberate low-bridge against Tarasenko with 3:20 left was even more obvious, it was going both ways.
Sucks for Boston, but at least they had a chance to play through it, unlike Blues and the hand pass. - Antilles
YES.
Someone else noticed this.
Kadri has been suspended 11 games to start next season for that hit on Tarasenko.

This is absolutely true.
There is way too much of that going on. It goes on in the regular season also but these playoffs it has been really bad.
Maybe they are afraid to make calls at this point because every decision gets picked apart, and there are consequences to getting it wrong.
Whatever it is, the refereeing has been horrible these playoffs. So many impact calls and non-calls.

Was this the fight in the stands? Does anyone have a link. I have seen a few people mention it this morning.

The refs didnt miss the call at all.
Unless you are referring to 55's embellished fall.
That was sad and pathetic. There was no reason for his right foot to go flying in he air, the stick didnt lift it.
He embellished to get a call and sat there like a loser watching the blues score. |

He was simply going to fall backwards until he tried to embellish.
Its on him
Good call and goal. |
