Here's why it wasn't a penalty: Accari threw it in reverse and backed over a stopping Bozak's leg. He tripped himself.

I wish I could wish good luck to St. Louis and their fans but with the kind of goonery and headhunting displayed by Berube's hoodlums, their's no effing way that I wish that...........F St. Louis. They're a reflection of their coach. One thing to be physical; it's a beautiful thing in the game of hockey......quite another to be headhunters and goons like St. Louis is. They separate themselves in that their entire team consistently plays that way................Hope the team bus gets hit by a freight train.

For a Jackhawks fan to worry about goonery and headhunting... Rich. The entire city is corrupt and run from the mob/government nexus in Chicago, but this is what you're worried about News flash: No one outside of Boston or Chicago roots against this Blues team.

Cry me a polluted river.

Jacobs got to Bettman and since he couldn't do anything regarding that play, they went after Barbashev for his hit on Johansson that wasn't even called a penalty. Anyone who says politics isn't in play, is just plain ignorant! Barbashev has been a pain in the side of the Bruins the whole series and so now I can only imagine what Marchand and company will be given a blind eye to and the league suspended one of the Blue's equalizers! Nice call, Jacobs!

8 years @ 9 Million for Jeff Skinner!!! OMG All of a sudden that Okposo deal doesn't look that bad! LOL! He is definitely worth $72 Million, I am sure he would have got way more if he had hit the UFA market and there were GM's on crack!

I do t see how anyone can call the blues a goon organization. Its actually a little weird to me. Theyre a class organization.

I dont see the hawks as one either though.

I actually dont see the bruins as one either to be honest. Theyve always been a hard nosed tough hockey team. Guys like cam neely were tough but deserved total respect. Recently guys like marchand are a bit of an embarrassment to their history but for the most part theyre good.

The gold standard for a trash organization is the flyers. They always have been.

Clearly you haven't played much hockey or felt what it feels like to lose an edge. Once you lose your edges, you have very little control and momentum is really all that matters. He was not exaggerating. Why would he leave the remainder of the game if it was a flop? Get your brain checked.

Well that may be true about the Blues. As a Hawks fan, I would be happy to see the Blues win their first cup. There aren't too many better humans on earth than Petro and Tarasenko. With respect to St. Louis though, the ENTIRE country considers that city the "armpit" of the United States. St. Louis is a pretty awful place having worked there for years. Dirty, a tough place to do business, lousy people, I could go on and on. I don't live in Chicago either but there's no comparison between St. Louis and Chicago. I would love to visit Chicago again but hopefully I never have to set foot in St. Louis again. Happy for the Blues and their organization though.

I think you know why the city has its issues.

Having said that, there are tons of Blues players that marry locals and settle down here, despite not being actually from STL. Once you get out of the urban areas -- like Chicago, to be fair -- it's largely quiet and friendly.

I’m not sure why the ref decided not to make the call, but I agree 1000% that Acciari tried real hard to make it look worse. I’m surprised he didn’t pull a hamstring the way his right leg flew back.
