Jason Zucker at 5.5M for 4 more years and the guy is a career 20-22 goal and 40-45 point guy. What a fn terrrrrible dude to trade for.

He is basically a slightly better Sheary. Terrible. The only way in hell I’d come close to be okay with that trade is if Okposo goes the other way.

F that. Zucker is barely a top 6 winger. Barely.

I didn’t feel like quoting you at the other blog lol

But I think Zucker would be a nice addition yes he’s around 5m But with the cap Going up His contract is basically 4 million a year for a guy that will score 25-30 on the 2nd line

Is this the "early 2nd round pick is basically a 1st round pick" argument?

Send Kessle a variety pack of Theodore's on The Lake...he'll waive it for sure.

A 5lb bag of Sahlen's ought to do it.

Do ppl not realize he basically is a more consistent Sheary? A 20/20 guy who caps around 45 pts. He barely put up better numbers than a Pommer did this year.

Okposo put up better numbers for 5 straight years before this past season.

You ppl want a 5.5 hit for 4 years??? Lmfaoooo

That's the joke. The "S" is the key. Kesler plays for the Ducks, well not next year, and Kessler plays for the Pens.

He did put up 33 with a average center he’s a good 2nd line player that can get 25 a year depending What we give up I think he would be a welcome addition

Zucker has 54 goals over the past two years.

Okposo and Sheary combined have 61 over the past two years.

What are you talking about?

Ken Davidoff of the New York Post reports that the Yankees have spoken with the Blue Jays about Marcus Stroman.
Sherman notes that the Yankees have scouted Madison Bumgarner, as well, although it's unclear whether they've talked to the Giants about their ace. The Yanks were in on the bidding for Dallas Keuchel, as well, as it's clear that they would like to upgrade their rotation ahead of next month's trade deadline. Stroman is under team control next season, as well, while Bumgarner is slated to hit free agency this winter.

I just wonder the price.

They basically tried giving him away to CGY.

Kessel is old and declining

I think pick 30/31 gets it done

perhaps sheary and a second

I have no clue why they are shopping him, unless he is butthurt from the attempt at the deadline

this top 6 is MUCH better with him

Zucker has one good year and it was only because Parise missed most of the season so he was 1LW. Besides that he is Matt Read, Moulson, and Okposo type flash in the pan.

I’d only like the deal of KO’s contract went the other way.

What's the pick here? Wingers are plentiful with Caufield, Boldy, and Pod. Center is a little thinner but Cozens is still there. Krebs also, but Sportsnet is reporting he just partially cut/tore his Achilles.

Aside from three years, two of which he played only 20 games the guy puts up 20 goals and 40 plus points, we have three players that can bring that kind of production, imo Zucker is an excellent addition to the second line. We need to add offensive production to this team, every player can’t be an all star.
