All I’ve said is that the trade was never about this season. I fully expect ROR’s production to dip significantly once he hits the age of 30. I’ve also defended the fact that Tage isn’t a complete write off yet. None of those statements have to do with his play this year.

Maybe because his usage is totally (frank)ed up because we don't have any good defensemen. He plays the top line like 80% of his ice time. They use him like Nick Lidstrom.

Edit: As for Pouliot, I just picked the 8th pick from the year before and after Risto's draft.
