So, we need a 2c, top 6 winger and an upgrade to the D. Realistically, and not pie in the sky, who is an option?

For example, because of the lack of Sabres success and potential bidding for his services, I would imagine Duchene is not realistic at 2C. Who is?

That would be pretty good for a 3C if u ask me

His impacts weren't that special. Believe it or not, Erod provides much more positive impact than Compher.

Finesse the Penguins into moving Maatta for some of our dead weight and or picks.


He's not great, but he's better than mccabe and scandella. move the former in a package for fwd talent and the latter for literally anything.

Decent Corsi numbers at least
Especially consider they had close to 70% Dzone starts if i remember right

But yeah, neither are worth 2mil since they don’t really score

He’s not very good in his own end.
Because he’s invisible in the playoffs.
His cap hit isn’t that great.
They want to spend the money elsewhere.
Suter and Parise’s deal are unmovable and still have 6yrs left.
Did I mention he’s not very good in his own end and sucks in the playoffs?
