That doesn't seem like a plan to me.
Edit: also the apparent bonus structure that pays some July 1 and some in dec doesn't seem to say that this was planned. |

Of course it was planned...or at least the possibility was discussed prior to the contract being signed....people are either being sarcastic or naive to state otherwise |

There was some talk earlier about part of marleaus bonus being paid partly now and partly in December but I can't find that right now. Everything I'm seeing now says bonus of 3mil on July 1 and just under 2 mil remaining after that.
Edit:
The Contract
If Marleau is traded before July 1, the receiving team is on the hook for $6.250 million in cap space and $4.250 million in salary. If they do the deal after July 1, that amount does not reduce by the full signing bonus, at least according to Elliott Friedman:
Marleau’s signing bonus is not all paid on July 1, as is common.
4. Odd quirk in Patrick Marleau’s contract: his signing bonus is paid in two instalments, one in July, one in December. Remember, he controls his future, but that adds a wrinkle to any potential move.
What the split in the $3 million signing bonus is, we don’t know.

My watch has an optical heart rate monitor, which reports it to the Garmin app.
So yes.

That would be fun to see where it is all the time, for example during Leaf games. I have a cuff monitor and I thought of using it during the playoff games but I was afraid of what the numbers would be lol |

Last year, while running home, a woman in a red Range Rover rolled through a stop sign and almost hit me. I held up my hands in the universal WTF signal and pointed at the stop sign.
She proceeded to give me the double bird, call me an bumhole several times and honk her horn at me (I was standing in front of her car and wouldn't budge).
It was interesting to see the metrics afterwards. My heartrate spiked, and the next two km I ran were at a faster pace than normal.

Oh yeah, no doubt. I had that yesterday cycling where for the first time in ages I had to do an emergency stop as a car cut in front of me. Tires lock up, fishtailing brake in traffic. I felt like I was on speed from the adrenalin burst afterwards.
The double bird and everything after she runs the stop, that's classic. |

You think Dubas told him he wouldn’t be back in Oct?
House is listed at 11.9 and he bought for 11.6+ I think, won’t lose too much. Depends on what kind of commission deal he can get.
