O'Rielly is a guy you win a cup with... he's St. Louis' Toews.
Hell of a player and warrior. - Tyler Cameron
Agreed. Back when Toews was both player and warrior. Pretty much just a player now.

Most goalies for Cup-winning teams get 16 wins.
Most don’t win the MVP.

I honestly don't care either way, I just think a good case can be made for either. I did like & agreed with your points. |

I still think he has at least one more “warrior” playoffs in him if the team can reconstitute itself and make a run. |

I think Game 6 hurt Binnington in terms of getting the most votes for the Con Smythe, but agreed, he’s been outstanding as a rookie during these playoffs. |

Wouldn't be surprised to see that...the guy that scored that goal to force OT in game 7 vs VAN. The guy that came out and scored two quick goals vs ANA in game 7 and helped them run away and hide with that game. Among other Toews' things. |

If the game stays close, there is a case to be made for Rask to win the Conn Smythe, even in a losing cause.
Remember it’s for the whole playoffs, not just the final. |

Because he knows how to play at both ends of the ice and in the face off circles. And what he lacks in pure speed he makes up with positioning and native hockey smarts.
O'Reilly or Pietrangelo would get my vote for the Cobb Smythe. |

Gotta love seeing those Boston dbags all in their seats to watch another team win the cup on their ice, even if its equal dbags carrying it |

I think it's also funny how philly trades Carter and Richard's...they go win a cup. They give up on Schenn...and another one |
