LOL, exactly, at least one of these teams has to lose. - matt_ahrens
Worst game I've ever seen Bergeron play. He was MIA most of the night.

Won the Cup twice in same season according to a St Louis newspaper. |

It just goes to show what a few good additions last summer for the Blues did for them.
1. Ryan O'Reilly
2. David Perron
3. Tyler Bozak
4. Patrick Maroon.
Can Stan Bowman do the same this summer ?
Tell you what..... Give me Charlie Mcavoy from Boston and David Perron from St. Louis on the Hawks next year and they could do the same thing. GUTS baby.

David Perron is only slightly less douchey than Marchand. Hard pass. I’d rather lose without guys like that than win with them. |

The team that deserved to win got the cup. Glad Boston didn't get it. |

Who cares now?
I would have rather Nashville won 10 cups than St. Louis Win 1. |

i saw a team that carried the play most of the game and a kid goalie be a stone wall...
blues got very few chances but they all went in..that late first period goal was just a killer for the bruins...could not get a bounce or break
blues are a helluva story from bottom to cup in 5 months also the first team since 1935 to have losing playoff record at home and win the come...quite a resilient team

Yup. The team that hacked, wracked, clutched, grabbed, and interfered the best won. Gotta hand to the NHL and their 2 completely different sets of rules. |

I honestly don't care either way, I just think a good case can be made for either. I did like & agreed with your points. - I Am The Breadman
Jordan Binnington had a heck of a season. The Blues were near the bottom of the league when he came in and he was the difference for this team to pretty much not look back from there. Good for the rookie. Now they will have to resign him since he is RFA and gotta wonder what it will mean for Jake Allen and his 4.35 million dollar contract (2 years remaining) |

Shaw as well. Every team needs at least one of those guys in the playoffs. |

Gotta back it up. Cam Ward won it as a rookie, but then that was it. You keep Allen as the veteran insurance to see if Binnington can follow up with a solid 2nd year. |
