What im saying is 5.3 for a top 3 dman vs 7 plus for a guy who appears to be injury prone and we still dont know what were gonna get may make a bit of sense. I want them to add a young top 4 RHD as well. But I’m not willing to trade Bo, Brock, Elias or Hughes. Unless someone offered an absurd over payment and I can’t see that happening for Brock. We are just as terrible on the wing as we are at D. Actually we are probably worse on the wing

We are not in a position of sideway trades giving up goal scoring. We need to add through UFA’s & drafting. Trading is very tough these days & we are not in a position just yet. It would take some nifty maneuvering. We lack playmakers & scoring D but rash moves are poison. Say no more.

Nah. These drafts are getting better & better. Development programs are at their peak & improving/optimizing. Keep picks & acquire more if possible. Unless you have the worst scouting department imaginable, nobody should be trading multiple pieces of draft capital for a guy like that.
