This is literature. Preach on, brother. You took a page right out of my book of rants, quite literally.
I recently hooked up with some old friends from high school and they literally just drive around Buffalo drinking and bar-hopping after work, order food, go home and watch Game of Thrones...
I don't like any of that crap and I don't envy or pity them but it's been fun.
Part of the problem in Buffalo is that even if you save up enough money to buy yourself something nice (vehicle, home, etc...) or relocate, it's never going to be enough to actually reset your lifestyle and when you go other places you realize most of the rest of America spends more money on doing the same crap but not having as much fun and if some whiney, cry-ass mitch of an athelete like Cryin' Ryan Miller or "I talked my way out of town" Smilin' O'Reilly or everyone's forgotten son, the most gigantic living twat of all-time, he, the imprisoned one, Ville, the mother-(frank)ing phenom himself, Leino can't look himself in the mirror when he wakes up in Buffalo for some god-forsaken reason, well have fun being a square somewhere else, female dog. - BeadyEyedDouche
Thanks man, and well said on your end no doubt.
I do love this place, but...it’s not wrong or disloyal or inaccurate to call it what it is. And imagine banking a couple mil every year and living here? Yeah. We just have to enjoy our little victories, and really champion the guys who wanna be a part of the community and embrace the Nickel-City. It’s not easy tho, and it’s hard to find fault with athletes who prefer to be elsewhere. I get it. |

So again: if Pod is still on the board at 7, do the Sabres draft him? |

I don’t think so. I think it’s Boldy or Zegras at 7. |

If Cozens or Dach is there they’d be in the consideration as well but I’m assuming the same thing (Boldy or Zegras) |

You Dutch oven yourself and wish you had a friend to laugh with afterwards.
I disdain Buffalo for personal reasons so I left. Every place has Dumb Dumbs, you and the new guy are on the list. |

That dude who bet $400 on the Blues, who then won 100k while watching his team win the Stanley Cup is probably having a good week |

You know what ..... the sharks had to overpay because he was a free agent and needed to keep him on the west coast
The same grief fans gave the Sabres and skinner but a worse contract for an injury prone player |
