25 numbers less then 100 are prime
89 is not one of them - homiedclown
I heard they like Toffoli but they would grab Zucker over him if they had the chance. |

You get one player with pick 7, if you trade for someone like hall or point, youre only dreaming to draft a player that good. - Mentalorgasm5
You also have to pay him and trade additional assets. Both big problems. Team just isn't at that stage. They need to develop talent.

No thank you.
I keep seeing the swedish defenseman moving up in the draft rankings. I could see us move down a couple spots and take him.
Especially if the us nation team guys are gone |

I would do what it takes to get rid of Okposo and if that means the 31 st pick included, so be it. |

I’ve said it more than once, I’d see what it’d take to get Kylington and Bennett out of Calgary. |

Bennett's been rumored on the way out and I like the idea of Kylington. Consider the LD on Calgary he might never get his chance there to be a full timer. |

Reading about vesey to the sabres.
Speaking of being soft ?
Phaneuf would add some grit and snarl.

Yeah i don’t disagree with that part.
The calling him terrible part is so baffling.
Someone on twitter said, why trade for him instead of just promoting CJ Smith??
Like, we know Smith is better than Vesey already? - OneKaneOneCup
He really is though. There's just not enough to his game offensively to make up for what a dunce he is without the puck.
It's like Tyler Ennis after that one good year. But a bit better scoring touch |

Yeah I just disagree. He scored goals. At even strength.
If you’re telling me that can’t be useful, idk.
We have absolutely 0 clue CJ Smith is better. And I’m fully on board with getting Smith a look |

Don’t get me wrong, he’s not very good, and wouldn’t be on my top 5 list of guys to pursue
But acting like he wouldn’t be an upgrade to Sobotka, Thompson, Girgensons, and even Sheary is where I just don’t agree.
We ain’t getting A listers for our trade chips |

Im not saying the goals aren't useful, but if a player gives up 1.5 goals for every goal he helps create, the year long impact is often pretty bad.
Granted, they could shelter him so as to minimize the damage he does defensively. However with this particular lineup I think there are already enough guys getting/needing that kind of sheltering.
We really need forwards who can create offense without being pylon's when they don't have the puck |
