NYR land a high quality Dman in Trouba and likely not done yet with guys like Kreider, Vesey, Namestnikov and Buchnevich potentially in play. Could be an interesting week/wknd for the Rangers.

Saw someone say Markus Granland who's an RFA... wouldn't HATE it.. not really the the 2C but he has a chance to be a tweener... plus he can play both wings too.

I'd deal Bogo's contract pretty quick.

Add talent and balance the roster so the minutes can be applied more evenly in terms of zone starts, and play the 4th line closer to 10 minutes a night.

This is not a controversial statement: Girgensons shouldn't play 14 minutes a night.

And of course we want to make the top9 better for next year & beyond
But that’s why I’ve been saying we need to add a good 2way center like W.Karlsson & not Duchene

Bc if u just bring in another offensive center that can’t play those defensive minutes,
then we end up with Line4 playing 14ish minutes a night again

Kreider - I'd slap my Momma to get him in Buffalo but he's an RFA and probably wants ~6-7M.

I’d have to pass bc of age & contract situation

Kreider is very good. Would be a great 2LW which the Sabres so badly need.

Man I forgot that the Nucks have Hughes and Juolevi in the pipe. That's QUITE the pairing for their future.

Add in Tanev, Hutton, and Stetcher...


I guess they are losing Schenn and Edler so they need a stop gap before Juolevi is ready but he had 13 pts in 18 games in Utica at the end of last year.

This person has severely underrated how bad Benning is at his job.

Woo is intriguing. Their 2nd rounder last year who just put up 66 pts in 62 games as a DMan. I hope to god no one here would actually sell Risto for that no matter your feelings on him.

Was hoping it would be a camp dump. 4th or 5th round pick.

With Braun getting a 2nd and a 3rd maybe a 3rd.

Honestly. Just did some back reading would love dumping scandella and bogo, then acquiring PK.

Was doing cap friendly with those two trades and an EK65 signing.

Would he smart. Pk for 3 years would be great.

Get talent when you can, if you can get PK, Duchene, Ehlers DO IT. who cares if we have to let a player or tow go, price you have to pay to be good.
