Well that's the trade deadline. 3pm on trade deadline day.
You have to be on the roster at the close of business on trade deadline day? Is that better for you? - eichiefs9
No i meant that it has to be on the TDL. What does it matter if they are traded before the deadline or in the summer |

Oh, that I'm not really sure of. I assume that they want to create a premium on that 8th year and incentivize it for guys to stay with their teams to maintain parity.
If they let every team just trade a 5th round pick for someone's rights on June 20th and sign pending UFA's to 8 year deals then it would kill that and the buzz around the UFA period. |

I think anything $7M and under the Rangers get a big win. Fair at $7.5M and then you start to drift into overpay territory higher than that. - eichiefs9
I think 7.5 is where they’ll end up. |

Probably market value. Kinda how I feel about the Nelson deal. Not good, not bad. Just fair, and there's nothing wrong with that. |

Got a free room at the Borgata tonight, no wonder why this place is a frankin ghost town on a Tuesday night hahaha |

If the Isles could have gotten one, would you prefer Karlsson at 11.5 or Trouba at 7.5? |

If you are a rangers fan there’s just no way you can be upset with how things have gone since the 9th of April; the year of our lord 2019. - MidnightMarauder

I can see them viewing him as a foundation guy and bite the bullet, I’m just saying he may be a real stickler for one. Especially with this fiancée nonsense |

Apparently Hayes to Philly is done. As per Bob Mckenizie. Sounds like 6 years 7 mil a year |
