Since the draft is in Vancouver maybe they want to make a big splash. Hopefully Botts and Benning play let's make a deal. |

Just send Vinnie Bagadonuts over to "explain" it to him so he waives it. - IonSabres

I would pass on Corey Perry. His knees are probably shot. - mhp
that's what people kept saying about Mogilny and he has probably the most underrated career of the past 30 years. |

For the 20th time (not directed only at you so no offense). Bogo is not the worst contract. His deal is up at the end of this coming season. Okposo is the worst contract. - Stripes77
I read it as okposo. I have no issue with bogo for this year. I thought it was okposo |

Roster surgery. - PrinceChill
That and they need a second scoring line. I mean there is no 2nd line player on this team to speak of.

Not with Slob-odka.
Find us a legit 2c, sure. But we really dont have a 2nd line to speak of at this moment.
One ace Botts has up his sleeve in contract negotiations is that Reinhart should probably be the 2C but cant handle it. |

Dahlin is a bust .... didn’t get the Calder
(I think we all knew he wasn’t winning) |

It would be quite nice if he keeps developing his two way game and becomes a Mark Stone lite. |

Petterson- I still think 35 points as an 18 year old dman playing 22 mins/game at end of season and all 82 games is ridiculously impressive. As impressive as 67 points from a 20 year old winger? Debatable. I say yes majority said no. Both are great players |

Speaking of Binnington, interesting case. He is RFA, 25, 1/2 year in NHL, but should command a huge payday. $6-$7m per about right? Or more? |

Ty My won the Calder. Hasn't done much since, especially compared to other winners of that award. |

I think he ends up with a bridge deal
Like 2 years $4.5 million per. |

You might be right. Matt Murray won 2 cups (I think) and then got a bridge at $3.5m per. Thought that was for more. |

The main difference I believe is Murray is still a RFA and this is it for Binnington.
When his next contract ends he will be a UFA assuming it’s a 2 year deal. |
