You really think Turcotte lasts till 7?? I don'. I have him gone in the Top Four , Locked
- MEBSabresFAN

No. The question was, who's your favorite and who will they pick, wasn't it?

Holy S, Lehner wins Vezina. LOL! Waving the white flag. Please NHL Gods, stop trolling moves made by our genius GM. Holy embarrassing.

Seriously? We would have rioted if he was brought back

Personal Fave: Turcotte
Team Selection: Cozens

Over the Edge is a tremendous movie. Won't try to top that selection, but I'll offer up another one that displays a bleak vision of suburban life: River's Edge.

"River's Edge" ....thx bud, I'll check it out....

I didn't word it right, you are correct but Wouldn't your favorite be Hughes or Kakko?

I guess I was thinking who my favorite would be after the first two "locks". I guess Turcotte could be considered a lock at 3, but you never know.

So, of the players we *could have a shot at, it's Turcotte who's my favorite.

It's a strange draft. Turcotte is my favorite as well, and I don't think he'll be there....but one of Turcotte, Dach, or Cozens will probably slip to 7. Worst case, Zegras is my #7, and I'm perfectly happy with him.

Girodano wins a Norris in his mid thirties but our 24 year old RHD has hit his ceiling and cannot be fixed
- Pegullaville

18 out of the last 29 have been 30 or above and 30 of the 65 winners have been 30 or above.......

I liked him. Had a bad year last year here but the whole team was garbage. We let him go for free and both our goalies now suck.

He had mediocre 3 years here. He got clean and got the fresh start he needed. Does it suck we lost him for nothing? Sure.

Whatever, tonight is the last night of the hell year.

Onward, hopefully to some (frank)ing roster changes

1 year, 1.5m. That's how much the NHL thought of him last year. It was 4m to qualify him, no one thought he was worth that.

Glad he got clean, but this wasn't a mistake by the Sabres.

Nobody else wanted him either. If anything jbotts should be commended for keeping up with him personally.

His 1st year here he was tied for 4th in save % and his second year 10th. He wasn’t the problem. Last year he got destroyed but we also were the worst team in the league. He needed to get clean definitely.

Everything you said is true but jbotts shouldn't be criticized for not keeping him

Blame the guy who drafted him, and then traded a 1st for him, but somehow had no idea he had issues, when anyone who listened to an interview of him could tell something was off

To be fair, most goaltenders are "off".

Not necessarily as you would free up 6 mill per to get a good player. Also, it frees up a spot in the expansion protection list
- Slump Buster

Okposo does NOT have to be protected

I Wonder how well Colorado would've done this year with ROR on their Team, could've made the playoffs.

Concerning Lehner, just MHO but I need to see more than one great year from this guy.

Doug Armstrong not winning GM of the year is hard to believe. Then again no way NHL would allow it with Kim on the council of the Hockey is for Everyone Initiative. Handing Armstrong the hardware would be like taking advantage of the disabled. Like an able bodied pedestrian parking in an ADA space even. I can’t go for that. No, no. No can do. Regardless, way to turn premium assets into slop Botts. Set the franchise back 20 years. Thanks for nothing. Job well done.👍

Colorado did make the playoffs, they even won a round.
