When you sign the RFA's and fill out the roster with AHL guys, the real number is closer to 10m. They'll use the majority of that through trades and free agents.

Subban is slightly better offensively then Risto at double the cost and just as bad in his own zone. Not to mention is rapidly declining.

Trade is only worth it if we pay next to nothing imo.
