Yeah, I think we both have been on team Kakko since January. He's already 100% ready for the league playing against men and we are just scratching the surface. Not that getting Hughes is a bad consolation prize, but I feel like it would be like when you choose one girl over the other, and then have to go to the other girl because it didn't work out with your first choice. Super awkward, but you figure out how to make it work.

Nice. I actually managed to vacation there during the 2015 draft. It was bizarre, pretty much everyone left after the Cats pick. I've been to a few drafts, I don't think I've seen so many people NGAF after the hosts team pick like they did.

Much funnier moment: Talking to a Cats fan outside, saying they were the real fans as opposed to those Tampa fans.

Good job with the pick. Flames are full of small players (JG, Czarnik, Mangepane) or players that play small (Monahan). The top 6 really only has Tkachuk being the only guy that can mix things up.

Although I am sure there are some guys that with more skill left on the board Grewe is what we need.

if we actually had the first overall pick, the debate would of Hughes vs Kakko would have been something

from what I've seen of Devils fans, I think they've been like 95% in favor that they want to take Hughes
