Not worried about the injury so much tbh. I just don't think he has that high of a ceiling and he's definitely a pass first playmaker type of guy from everything I've read on him and we have beyond enough of that.

I wouldn't hate the pick at the end of the day but I wouldn't be too excited about it either I guess.

Well thankfully they don't have the cap room to take on a big contract. More than Ghost would need to be on the move for something like that to happen.

i think we should get an entire team of pass first guys and just pass the puck literally all game long.

I'm intrigued by Newhook, but I havent seen him play at all. Which makes the fact that he played in Junior A stand out all the more in my mind. I'm not saying he'd be a bad pick, I just don't know if I'd have the guts to pull the trigger on that pick.

Other than Hughes and Kakko, I don't think I've seen anyone in the draft actually play. I watched a bunch of the U20 tournament games this year but most of those guys had already been drafted. So, I definitely don't have a clue as to who they should take.

Any surprise names get taken in the top-10? I'm talking guys other than Hughes, Kakko, Turcotte, Byram, Zegras, Cozens, Dach, Podkolzin, Caufield, Boldy, Broberg, Soderstrom, and Krebs because it seems like every mock I've seen has some combo of those 13 players being the top-10 and there's usually at least 1 that jumps up.
