Sounds like both Hamilton & Faulk in play for Carolina; perhaps more on Faulk side. He has 1-year left, can’t sign extension until July 1 but hearing talks haven’t gone well. |

Glass Bottle: “I’m really excited to be a part of the Blackhawks organization. From my conversations with Stan Bowman, I cant say enough about how good it feels to have a team go out and make a trade for you. With the security of this new contract, my family and I are looking forward to a long and happy stay in the Chicago community.”

Come on. Malkin is the 2C. Can't be the man as a 3C. |

The Devils and Avs control this draft, between them 11 picks in the first 80.
Pressure or not on the GM's, both teams have the chance to re-make their rosters for the next couple of years and address current deficiencies. - RickJ
Avs are sitting pretty for sure and they already have a proven foundation.
I am really thinking Ray trades a second rounder or 2 for some immediate help.
I would love to add Tuch from Vegas as we need the size but worse case if I was gm is send a low pick for Reaves as having him sitting on the bench with allow Hughes to play they way we want him to lol.
Do the Hawks have a second ? Where are they set to pick afyer 3 ? I know the Devils have 34 and 55, 61, 70, 80 on top of the first overall do you have any players you like outside of the first for the Hawks ? |

Malkin is more of a 4C/13th forward at this point in his career. |

Just some rumblings on the Draft Floor. Chicago is really high on Kirby Dach. Buffalo loves Spencer Knight which doesn't make sense but that's the buzz. If Broberg gets to Edmonton, they will take him & the PK Subban to Leafs is REALLY heating up. Some I question but we'll see! - TommyHawk

43. Same spot they took Saad in.
And you can have AA for one of those 2nd. He would be the best center on the Devils or at least tied with Zajac. |

Didn't catch who it was 10 minutes ago but it sounds like if the Blackhawks pass on D BB then the Avs will take him and then trade Barrie to Vancouver for their 1st round pick |

Not that anyone cares, but I'll go on the record:
My preference: Byram
Can live with: Turcotte or Dach
Heartburn over: Cozens or Zegras
I feel like there is much more risk in the latter two reaching their advertised potential. |

Is there any players you are hoping are available there ?
I am not to interested in AA but the value I dont think is off. We have Nico who btw you are really under estimating he has queitly been the real deal and at both ends of the ice to he hasnt really been sheltered at all but back to my point we also have Zacha/Mcleod/ Bastian Zajac and Coleman all capable centers.
I think we might deal one of those guys more likely then we add another center ( not named Hughes ). |

Dennis Rodman joined the Bulls after playing for the Pistons (via San Antonio). That worked out Ok. I was shocked when it happened, but got over it very quickly when they went 3478562370485-10 that next year
Perry....? Ummm....if he costs like $2 mil and stays healthy? Why not? Perry fits the "one last hurrah" type mold for a former star trying to win a Cup/another Cup before they hang it up. |

Doubt if Vancouver trades their #1 when they are hosting the draft. |

Big difference in talent with that Bulls team and current Blackhawks team, just sayin as a certain #23 and a #33 helped out a ton. |
