I'm saying that whoever Colorado was going to take, Byrum or whomever, may move down for them to take Turcotte.

I vaguely remember it being less than an hour before the McDavid pick.

I feel like there are a few deals announced just before the first team hits the clock each year, but I am not sure if it's as common as I'm thinking.

How many trades do people think are actually done and just waiting for the draft to begin?

I feel like the NHL tells teams to wait to announce things. Like the Oreilly draft day deal seemed to be done before hand.

I think I want Cozens the most.

It sounds like Cozens would be NHL ready a lot quicker too because of his much bigger and physical frame.

Zegas is going to Boston University and I do like that he is listed as an elite passer with a vision of beauty for the ice... Turcotte I do like too but his injury concerns cause me problems.

On the plus side... I saw that all 3 of those C's also played 1LW/1RW or both. So they very well could be drafted and moved over depending on Mitts in a year or two.
