I'm super jealous of that Byram/Makar pairing, just love that tandem. They can move Barrie for more pieces to improve their roster. Newhook has an ideal skill set for today's NHL. Sakic knows what he's doing. They might become my second fave team.

Just got the Directv sports package, which comes with Altitude Sports Network, which shows tons of Avs games. Looking forward to seeing them.

How does one "absolutely love the pick for Buffalo" and "some skill" coincide? Probably because his raw skill is not what the Sabres are after here. They're more than satisfied with a top 6 F being very hard to play against, as opposed to a Casey Mittelstadt clone.

My apologies, can’t say I study the teams in the USHL to in depth. I did not know that Sioux had two teams. I guess that’s the equivalent of getting Michigan and Michigan State confused with one another ?

A 6’3 big center that has some major speed / wheel, great skater, Good shot, some skill (Gerbe), loves to carry the puck in, and drive the offense.

Nothing to complain about. A not as skilled Eichel basically. The way I look at it.

Having Casey struggle and you could see he was out of. Shape was extremely noticeable
