I’m looking forward to seeing who ends up on the invite list for Canucks development camp. From Trent Cull’s interview on @Sportsnet650 yesterday, it sounded like there could be a few NCAA kids there for a look. Gotta think Van/Utica are keeping their eyes open for a C or two.

Couple of sources I talked with this am feel the window to land Barrie has passed for the #Canucks right now after they used there draft pick last night. Deal is tougher without that pick involved & ufa interview period starts tomorrow. (Gardiner Myers) lots of moving parts.

To be fair, Edm taking a Dman would have made sense for many of the past drafts
