I think there's going to be talk late this season about Miller joining the team once his college season ends - jimbro83
Yep Rangers will need depth when they are sitting in 1st place late March for the playoff push |

I would love to see that. Next year is going to be tricky though. We could be a playoff bubble team and I'm not sure that I want to have someone on a PTO in the thick of a playoff race even if we sort of know we'd be bounced in the first round anyway. Especially for a tough position like defense.
I guess the counter argument to that is guys like Mcavoy and Makar seemed to do just fine in similar circumstances. |

Beuk or Ulfie as assistants? - Fenrir
Nah. I've said it before and I'll maintain it: Leave 94 out of the front office or the coaching staff. If we can learn one thing from Edmonton and a couple other places, it's that the old boys club rarely works. I'm ok with Zubov because he's proven to be a good coach in the KHL and he spent more time away from the org than with it, but I want fresh perspectives. If I was going to groom a former Ranger, I'd rather bring MSL as one of the assistants. |

I forgot about that. Let's just not bring former Rangers on the staff. I'm cautiously optimistic that JD has enough fresh perspectives, but leave all the former players to alumni events. |
