That’s the part I love. The part I’m not so sure about is his ability to instil a sense of common purpose in people, or plainly speaking, make players feel like they are a part of something great.

Perhaps this generation is not like that and it’s all about dollar figures for the sake of it... even though that extra half million wouldn’t improve their quality of life measurably.
