Just some info on Hall
Shero was asked if he would be open to trade Hall and he said F*** no we aren't trading hall
Hall loved that the devil's traded for Subban and said at the end of the year the devils needed more talent, I don't think Shero is done yet either.
Both sides have said that the talks have been positive and they will pick up - dmarsden2988
with the move to get Subban i would assume the devils are looking to go all in next season.. i can't see them moving Hall now |

Bogo has value. He's servicable when available. If you can expect him for 60ish games, on a one year contract, that can still be attractive. Not that you'll get anything good for him. - TheSabresTaco
This is the problem, though. With his 2nd hip surgery in fourteen months, teams will want to see him prove that he is still healthy. If he stays healthy during the year, you might be able to trade him at the deadline, or a team might wait until the end of the year to sign him much cheaper as a depth guy. I have to think the offseason is a no-go, though. |

i can't see anyone taking bogo unless they just need to get to the floor.. he probably wont be available for the beginning of the season. |

no offense, but the Sabres don’t have much to offer for Malkin besides picks/prospects. If the Sabres were willing to trade Dahlin then maybe, but I doubt they’d do that - drummer829
You serious, Clark?
Well... why don't you throw in Guenztel and Crosby. |

Hall is one of my favorite wingers in the league... I just hope the dude stays healthy.
What is your thoughts on their plans in goal? Gonna ride Cory? |

We just don't have enough trade capital to make a larger type move. And I doubt Botts wants to move our young and upcoming prospects.
Maybe take a look at Burakovsky?

For everyone saying Johansson as a tier two UFA. He was looking for 6m+ or that is what is being reported. - ImThatGuy
He's a guy that I have a lot of interest in. IF you don't mind me asking.. where did you hear that from?
I really like him because he can play C plus both the wings. Well rounded game in both ends, can score 20-30 goals, good passer as well... and he scored at .5 PPG in the playoffs too.
I think he would be a very good candidate to be our 2C for a year or so until Casey/Cozens is ready and then can slot over to our wing and be a perfect 2LW/RW. I only want like a 3 or 4 year deal tho. |

That's fine. I was just curious if it was an actual analyst guy or just some Joe Schmoe on Twitter.
Him making 4.75M I think last year... a 6M AAV is not that out of the question short term. Just will depend on a desperate team that can't sign Duchene/Pavelski.
Looking at you Nashville and Columbus. |

Irish,
Scandella to Montreal for 2020 4th (WIN). No team would be crazy enough to trade for Bogo coming off his second hip surgery in 14 months.
I don't think we have the trade capital aside from Risto to make a big trade. And I don't want to move Risto, you'll have a gaping hole at RD. And I doubt Botts will trade our 1st rounders either.
Just my thoughts. - mhp
mhp,
Yea, getting out of Scandella's contract for a 4/5th rounder is fine. I think Zucker and a Dzingel upfront and Collin White on D would be a solid start. Botts has a plan and fans just need to give him some time. GMTM tried to fast track this organization and GMJB was not left with much in picks/prospects.

Split between Schneider and blackwood, blackwood looked really solid even behind a crappy defense
Schneider once he started getting healthy showed that he is still a good goalie but won't be surprised if he isn't protected in Seattle expansion |

If Buffalo moves on from Ristolainen would anyone want Anton Stralman for 3-4 years? Could have a Swede with a lot of NHL experience mentor Dahling for a couple years. |

That's our biggest issue right now imo, we have no depth to trade from what so ever. Not all on TM as JB hasn't been perfect, but he came into a situation where we had very little promising young players, no depth in the AHL, and no abundance of picks to use.
I want this team to change as much as anyone, but I just don't see how its going to happen. Is JB gonna be able to trade for a top six guy for cj smith and a third? Who knows. But im not holding my breath waiting for another Skinner type deal to come along.
We all may just have to wait for our prospects to come up and make a difference on the team or as a trade chip, which would REALLY suck. |

Some teams now will be in cap jail (w/ the salary cap being lower than expected). These are the type of deals that might happen now - Pu & Pick for a Skinner -type of deal? |

Way to take it over the top, but then again this is hockey buzz. I never said anything about Stralman playing 28 minutes a night. Having a veteran from Sweden did wonders for Hedman. |
